i have already tried all the windows. Ubuntu, XP SP2, Win7 Ultimate 64bit, Win 8 Pro! But prob its as it is... 🙁

get a SSD then

Even over heating is not possible coz i use Cooler Master V6 Cooling System! and for Graphics i use nVidia 1GB DDR5 Card.

1gb DDR5 says nothing really.

Remove graphic card and try booting again.
