So i want to build a new desktop pc , a core i7 , so i want your help, what cpu should i get? For gaming and some programing , but for games more , what cpu ?

It depends on your budget.
And you know that I7 has many variant since it is existing from 2010.

In my opinion go with latest i3 8100 (8th gen latest)
It have 4 cores which is excellent with good single core performance. It will give you best result then older i7 in gaming like 2,3,4, gen i7 they also have 4cores.

8GB g skill ripjaws DDr4 RAM.
GTX 1050ti. Graphics card
1TB seagate barracuda Hard disk
120 GB SSd *optional.
