If budget comes to question then I would say that you rather choose ATI cards you can pay just a bit more and you can buy an ATI radeon 7770hd which I can gurantee will give you really good performance, much much better than the nvidia card

Probably not. Maybe this year's games, but a GT 640 will have a hard time running next-gen games on high quality settings. If you can, buy a GTX 650 ti, radeon 6850 or something like that.

And with this i would play games from 13/14/15/16 on max-high settings?

I would say max settings until next year and then will have to move down to med/high in 2016 for next gen stuff... the 770 is powerful.. the CPU is what will cause you problems .. IN THE FUTURE.. not now.. you have a FM2 port MOBO.. so if you want to not have to upgrade until 2016/2017 then you would have to upgrade your mobo.. but the CPU should be just fine for ya for a year or two... the cooler I listed is optional.. but would extend the life of your CPU (the cooler the CPU is kept over periods of time, the better the CPU will perform down the road)

Actually i will go now to order my stuff :)

Keep in mind the cooler I listed is a Liquid Cooler.. if you get it, and dont know how to install it, you may want to read some manuals and watch some videos on how to properly install it because if installed wrongfulyl it could short circuit your entire system.. So be careful.
