Question hey guys ive just bought a vega 64 msi airboost

my cpu is running at 100% and i am geting no were near the frames i should b doing im geting like 40 -55 frames on division 2 im running an i5 7500 with 16 gb of ram so i shouldnt have any issues

I'd attribute the difference in performance to background load. Unless you check out background load and offenders with something like ProcessExplorer, I'd not expect numbers like from this video:
