Hey! I beging for help finish build up my computer

Hey everybody
It's took for me like 6 hours to build up my computer cuz i like to be sure about everything im doing
It's my first time ,i use the all instrucstions
My computer
intel i7 7700k
Cpu cooler enermax BK
Motherboard astrock z280 SLI killer
GTX 1070 gigabyte with 3 fans
Power supply EVEA 750W
16 GB RAM G Skill ripjaws V 3200Ghz 8X2
SSD samsung v nand 850
And case DIY PC D480-W with fan controller

So i finish build up everything everything shoed up all the lights and all the fans (including the gtx 1070 fans ,and was really noisy)
I connect to display port to the back of the graffic card ,connect it to the monitor
The monitor will find out it a new connect to display port
I clicked yes ,and then the monitor said "no signal"
.I tried to remove the battery
Tried to use the extenion cable for the CPU and connect to the 8 pins on the motherboard
Tried to remove one ram
I even remove the ram from the second gap ,in install it on the thirt one ,but still ,all the fans working ,and i also see the motherboard blicking on red (that's nice) but no signel to the monitor!
I didn't heard no BIP when i turn on the computer
I do connect the speaker thing to the motherboard
Please help me!
I checked what my problem can be and i really have no idea!!!
Idk what to do i wait for this computer more the 7 months

Hi sangoker I cannot find an ASRock z280 SLI killer MB however if its z270.?

First go into your Bios and check that iGPU is disabled> Advanced chipset configuration and check Primary display is PCI Express.
Also check monitor is functional using your iGPU. Check your MB manual for rear IO connections, you have DVI-D and HDMI for this purpose however your Monitor supports HDMI and Display Port connections.

I can't go to the bios the monitor didn't show up!!!
I cant see nothing on the screen

You must establish that indeed the Monitor functions. Do this using it with another system or have the monitor checked at your local computer store. If it functions correctly then get a HDMI cable to try your iGPU. If it then functions you can access Bios to make the changes I listed. If it does not function in iGPU mode then you have a problem with your MB or CPU and both will have to be checked.

The only other thing could be a corrupt Bios or failed Bios battery in which case replace battery or re-flash the Bios.
If everything fails after a re flash then you will have to benchtest outside your case to eliminate a possible short to the MB standoffs as a last resort. You will have to do this if it's the MB or CPU.
