Hey i have a built in tv tuner and it was working for so long. Now when it is hooked up through media center the signal is very blurry. I split the cable from dwnstairs with a dynex splittler (bought at best buy) so I know it is the computer. It is a hp m9340f with a built in tv tuner. Please someone help me fix this

Have you tried to unsplit the cable and see if it is better?
Just because you have a Dynex doesnt mean that doesnt have a short somewhere.
Did create the second cable youself?

If the splitter isn't rated for the bandwidth that its using, it can degrade over time.
This happened w/ me and a HDTV, but it can also occur with a standard definition signal as well. I would try using a heavier duty splitter. Mine is in the 1000 Mhz range.
