hey i need a cheap 30-60 pound cooler that will run a fx 9370 at atock settings

so a built a pc for my work a pc repair shop and the parts have arrived however this is my first time working with the 9000 series of amd processors and have only just realised that the cpu wont work with a normal after market fan pls help

Those generate so much heat,a good air cooler or liquid cooling for that CPU is required.
