I personally prefer ASUS over MSI. MSI isn't bad but I use asus a lot more than MSI and I like ASUS, they are reliable.

The difference isn't that much significant..........if u'r a normal guy ........go for the MSI edition..........but if u'r an overclocker then ASUS is for u..............both are pre-overclocked with a core clock speed of 1020 MHz. both will give equal performance as they are almost equal in all respects.......so ur choice ............bt i would suggest ASUS if want to overclock cuz it has more headroom for that kinds of stuff............and ur case shouldn't be a problem, both cards would fit in easily.........but if u have a significantly powerful PSU and u are going to use SLI ...........then I would recommend the ASUS GTX 780 Ti DirectCU 2 edition..........hope this helped......:lol:
