Hey i think that my memory is limiting my system

I have an 17-3820 + a gtx 1060 and i have 16gb ddr3 ram. Now the ddr3 ram is telling me thats its 666Mhz. But im pretty sure its supposed to run at 1333 Mhz now ive seen posts online saying that the speed is double but i do not really know. This is my Cpu-Z report.

You have listed SPD table only. That doesn't tell about actual settings that are being used by your system.
