Hey i wanted to make sure this motherboard would be compatible with everything

So i was looking to buy a GA-78LMT-USB3 for my main gaming rig after i bought an amd fx 8350 with a motherboard that was incompatible and i also wanted to know if the build listed below would have any problems running games like gta v at Mid-High. The main question is if the motherbaord is compatible with this cpu without having to do any bios update or anything.

Yes, it's all compatible providing it's one of last versions starting with V 4.1 but I would look for a better MB with better VRM.
