^^ I would strongly disagree with the use of Z370-E (or any Prime or Strix MB) for the 8700K. The VRM is a joke that is not supposed to be on any Z motherboard. Seems like Asus took private lessons from MSI of how to sell crap. Considering that this rig will be rendering - no go for the long term.
Also the cooler is a bit "not enough" for Australia temps if OP will ever want to overclock.
Here is a bit updated list:

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor ($498.50 @ Shopping Express)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! - Dark Rock Pro 3 67.8 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler ($99.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Motherboard: Asus - ROG MAXIMUS X HERO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($429.00 @ IJK)
Memory:...
when you are going to buy the PC ?
what is the purpose of this PC (beside obvious gaming) ?
what is your total budget for the PC ?

And if you ready to pay money for the help, maybe you want to use this service: https://www.singularitycomputers.com/request-quote/
they build awesomely sick custom systems.

Hi the purpose of the build will be to mostly gaming and some editing and graphic design
the budget is about 3800
thanks mate

Here's a starting point for a build to consider.
Stayed with Asus, as that's what you requested.

And no need to pay anyone for advice. This is an amazing community of hobbyists who love helping out in any way they can.
