Hey, I'm looking to upgrade my computer and I would like some HELP!

Pretty simple, AMD - Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor, supported memory is DDR3-2133MHz.

DDR2-1333MHz memory is the wrong hardware for that CPU.

Assuming you still have the mounting hardware that came with that corsair cooler you can reuse it as the 8600k doesn't come with a cooler.
