my computer keeps freezing whenever i play any game on steam no matter how old.

outside of steam it is fine but during steam it just refuses to work. i can get about 5 minutes into a game then it crashes my whole system and will never come back online....... anyone knonw whats happening?

A lot more information would be helpful. Your computer hardware, whether or not you paid for these steam games (no offense meant, we get a lot of questions about pirated stuff), what games are failing, did it work before, if it worked before what changes have happened since then?
