Question Hey need help (Big noob) GPU not showing up at all

Hey I recently bought some upgrades for my pc, they aren't amazing but for my liking anyway when I installed my new gpu it doesnt show up on task manager, device manager and only one monitor works. Both fans are working and I cant find anything helpful on Youtube.
System Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
8Gb RAM (not sure ex
Zotac GeForce 1070 Mini
Windows 10

I'm confused? Like I said I'm bad at this stuff so bare with me but whenever I try plugging in my other monitor it doesn't show up and when I look in task/device manager it has no gpu showing I can send a screenshot if needed

post a screenshot, did you install the gpu driver?
If your monitor is connecting the the gpu is working. and also since you have a ryzen without igpu, it have to be the gpu the outputing to the monitor
