Well I finally got my stuff, but I have ran into a problem. The northbrige runs way to hot. I can't get passed 240fsb. I was wondering if you know of any mods to keep the chipset cooler, I was thinking about getting an old hs. Well ideas would be great.

Check out the Swiftech MCX149 or whatever it's called, their new chipset coolers, those tings are top of the line. Or just simply get a Thermaltake Tiger Chipset cooler that's what i used it could handle 320FSB no problem.

Thanks, I think I am going to get the tigerchipset cooler, unless I can find a water chipset cooler for this board.

Tiger's great.

Well right now I just did something different. I got a 370 hs and fan and modded it to fit my chipset. So far it is working great I am now at 1000fsb and I am looking to go higher.

Well of course go higher because the stock can handle 250FSB

Right now I am stuck at 255. I think I am going to get a better hs for it.
What core vlt are you using to hit 3.5g. I don't know if my cpu can go over 3.2g, my temps are under 40c and it lock or restart when I try to go higher. Do you have mam on? Well it does not look to good right now for me.

Pump voltage up to 1.65 have you done that? make sure the Dram ratio's at 3:2 when you first overclock. That way you limit then ram's problem, then see how much FSB you could get out of your mobo.

Is 1.65 kinda high for an asus board. I believe that would be running like 1.69 or so. I thought that p4 could die if they have to high of voltage.

don't worry i set mine at 1.65 it never went above 1.67, and P4 doesn't really like 1.7 so try to stay under 1.7V, just make sure your CPU is cool.

I know it is really cool. under full load it only hits 44c. Tomorrow I will try to get 3.5g I hope I can.
