Hey , someone can help me to build a PC ?I will using PC for gaming , 3d modeling , video editing etc.GPU gtx 970CPU i7

Solution
Okay - 3d modeling and video editing are processor intensive, so that explains the i7 CPU. If you're serious about that stuff, 16gigs of RAM might be in order (for gaming, you only need 8). I would change the RAM to either 2x4gig, or 2x8gig if you're serious about the video editing.

I think its a good build.

Here's what I recommend: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/Y9TsjX

I'm a little under your budget too. This should be OC-able to 4.6gz+ - I opted for the newer Z97 mobo (generation newer than the Z87). I did the AMD 290 over the Nvidia 790 as on a price/performance basis right now, think its a better value. You might need to add a few fans to the 400R case, but I think its a good case. The radiator in the top for the CPU, good cooling options bringing air in from the front and side of the case and expelling from the rear.

You still haven't told me what you plan to do with this computer... You may be spending money on stuff you don't need.

That said, its a sexy machine... if you can afford it, good for you. The only thing I think people might look twice at are
1) the PSU: on paper, its a good PSU, but some Corsair stuff is not as good of quality. I think the CX line is okay though...I'd check out its reviews to make sure.
2) why a single 8 gig stick of ram? You have a dual channel motherboard - better to rock two 4 gig sticks in dual channel. Otherwise, a single 8 gig stick will operate in single channel.
3) OCing that chip on air is definitely doable, but they tend to run on the hotter side. Just know that.
