Hey i was just wondering, If i dont care about any of my files and just wanna start my cpu over from scratch can I just replace the HDD? do files get saved anywhere else or would replacing the HDD be considered starting over from scratch? Thanks.

If you have one HDD in there now with everytyhing on it then yes, putting a brand new blank one in would require to reinstall windows and all progs/drivers.
