HHD is Dying

My HDD is dying, its very loud and always running at 100%. What is the best way to clone it onto a new SSD i got before it completely days on me. I pretty much only have windows on it and i need to transfer it over before its too late.

install the ssd and download and install macrium reflect free version.start the program and select clone this drive under your old hdd.follow the prompts and,if your old hdd can hang in there for the clone,you should be ok.
