You have an ATX motherboard and a smaller uATX case. That won´t fit.
In the same price range you can get a uATX motherboard, here are some:
Gigabyte GA-AB350M-HD3
MSI B350M Mortar (7A37-002R)
Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3
Or you can pick another case.
I´d also recommend a 250GB SSD, such as the Samsung Evo 850 or Crucial MX500.

That psu is absolutely fine.

Id personally go with the ryzen 1200 & a b350 board if you can budget the little extra.

I can confirm that all of those parts will fit in CASE-V02. Although it's compact as far as mid towers go, it is able to support a full size ATX motherboard (12" x 9.6").
