I decided to buy a good PC for chess analyse and I need fast (kn/s) and powerful PC. dual xeon 5660 is good choise to buy or better buy AMD ryzen 1700x?... which of this give me more kn/s ?... Thanks!

Go with the 1700X, faster than the dual Xeons and you can still crank out an overclock. Fritz seems to be all about multi-core performance.
