A 10+ mile point-to-point connection? Is there a line of sight between the two points?

First step is to get some towers that are at least 75ft tall on both ends. That assume flat ground between with no building etc on it otherwise you must go higher.

Once you accomplish that then you can start looking for equipment.

Long distance microwave communication is not a trivial thing to accomplish.
