Hello, i got a 144hz monitor recently but when i go to settings it only allows me to use 60hz, i currently have a Ryzen 5 3400g and no graphics card, My questions is, am i being limited by the motherboard graphic connections? Are this ones able to work at 144hz or only 60hz? i am using a DVI-D cable. The monitor is Asus vg248qe and the motherboard is Gigabyte a320m-s2h v2. Thanks.

Solution
Motherboard specs say DVI D is limited to 1920x1200@60 Hz. Appears it's only a single link DVI port. If only the mobo had Displayport :/.

Going to need a graphics card. 1660 super / Rx 5600XT maybe.
