Well, you has AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 2800+, 1 GB of RAM, FX 5200 AGP card, and 750W PSU, am i right?
The Best AGP card would probably HD4670 AGP version.

But your specs are too old to play any games recently, don't waste your money on upgrading. You better save money and buy a whole new system... :)
 
Yep. You should sell your mobo, cpu, ram and video card and buy a new mobo, CPU, RAM and video card. Or get a mobo with onboard video:
