hi my cpu usage is very high even when i am not doing anything and my pc is very lagy i tryed to change my windows nothing change and upgrade my drivers nothing happen same problem and when i start to use my browser and do other stuff on pc like gaming in the past i got very high like 160 or 200 FBS now i got 18 and lower why this problem can someone help me with this problem i try to reinstall my windows nothing happen same problem pls help in the past everything working very well but now like i said everything lagy and high usage for CPU

This doesn't contain any information at all. What is 100%? 90%? What program/process is causing the 100% usage? You have to help me out by giving details. I'm not at the machine to figure this out myself.

do you never turn it off? while back I used to do that and my PC was getting burdened with background programs. You should restart your PC every so often to refresh it.
another reason is viruses, Trojans, or malware. use a antivirus (we use malwarebytes for malware) for them
