hi can i get help with my connection (ping)

in the last 2 days i start to notice that i got ping problem its when i join any game server like ( war thunder , bf4 , csgo ) and some other games my ping going so high like from 75ms to 1000+ms and more like 2000ms and when i use VPN its start to improve just like little like from 1000ms+ to 500+ms not too much but its improve can someone help me with that pls

Excessive Game lag spiking is typically a server issue. Contact the game folk.
