There's not much information available on Powerlogic's Voltron units, but hey aren't listed on the 80 plus website which makes think their 80 plus is fake. The specs on their 1000w unit tells me that its weak for a supposed 1000w unit. I can't find any specs on the 400W unit apart from what they claim on the box but I bet its just as poor.

I would not recommend it. Units we have never heard of or don't see much are usually very suspect.

Having more amps on the 3v and 5v rails (22A) and fewer amps on the alleged two 12V rails (18A and 20A) suggest and old design.

If it costs $50 or more, there are many much better or at least safer choices for a similar price.

Incidentally, delivering the 18A + 20A (38A total) on just the 12V rails...

Incidentally, delivering the 18A + 20A (38A total) on just the 12V rails would output more than 450W, with nothing one the other outputs at all. I find that hard to believe, but can be convinced with facts.

Thank you for the reply, is there a power supply that you would recommend for a MSI GTX950 2Gb Gaming edition?
