Question Hi! Could someone help me with my build compatability and optimization

So the PC Parts list has roughly the parts that I am looking for and the list above has the rough prices for what I was able to find online, my budget is 1700 USD and I am setting a could hundred for peripherals and a desk for later on, but for the PC I may so some minor video editing but I think my main goal is high 1080p 144hz gaming and good looking 1440p gaming at around 60 fps high/ultra. I am just curious what I am over spending on and were I can save for a better GPU, this is going to be my first build and I am going for a white build (not all white)

Everything looks fine more or less but that CPU cooler is a total ripoff for 140$ when it is outperformed by cheaper air coolers. Dark Rock Pro 4 etc.

Sorry I should add that the cooler is bundled with the PSU for 230 total but it looks like the bundle itself was removed for the time being, I was planning on buying July 11th-13th but Yeah I might end up going with a more budget air coolor

I agree with his sections overclocking is pointless anymore tbh. Gains are so dang low compared to back in the day.

Yeah originally for the 12600k my plan was some minor over clocking, but it does seem like there's no point to it I think Im going to ditch the corsair unity and find a better case with a glass front or mesh front, with a white interior, and just get same fan brands, I only wanted to go with corsair originally due to the commander pro and all the fans I was going to plug into it, but thank you both of you for helping me out with these decisions, I will make another post in a little with my new choice of cooler, case, and fans
