Anyone know where I can get the Hi Definition Advanced AV pack for the XBOX?

The Component one not the SVideo one.

Cheers

Most stores like EB, Gamestop or Best Buy carry it. You can also find it
online from any of those places. You can find out more about HDTV gaming at

Hey TB

Microsoft discontinued them in Australia shortly after the launch as the PAL
XBoxes we have don't support HDTV resolutions (not without a Modchip & NTSC
versions of the games anyway). It's well worth getting one if your TV has
YPbPr Component connections as the sharpness and colour are noticeably
better than composite and SVideo.
There are some el'cheapo knock off versions available on eBay like this
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=20385&item=8108480084&rd=1
The few places in Australia who 'claimed' to have stock of the genuine MS
product were selling them for around $90.
Monster Cables have there own version which is available locally ~ Gamelink
400x with optional Lightwave 100x optical audio cable. I have seen this at
DickSmith Powerhouse and possibly a Hardly Normal's, but you could almost
buy another XBox for the price.
I ordered mine from the CD-Rom Shop in Canada
http://www.cdromshop.com/cdshop/desc/p.659556678821.html arrived within a
week.
Lik Sang also sell them
http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=83&products_id=1742&
Amazon refused to ship to Australia as they had it in the 'xbox game'
category and only ship these locally - Pfftt!
Anyways, i've got a 130cm CRT RPTV and the picture quality, colour and
sharpness are noticeably improved.
Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Cameron.
