Question HI EVERYONE, i have a gigabyte x79 ud3 motherboard with intel xeon e5 1620, i assembled them but it is not posting instead cpu restarts automatically.

Hi everyone, i had a old gigabyte ga-x79-ud3 motherboard with xeon E5 1620 processor, now I assembled them and getting no post. Instead cPU restarts automatically with 0000 error code in debug card. Kindly help me guys

i checked the capacitors in the processor which shows short-circuit (in continuity mode) all most all the caps are short-circuitted (or open)
