my laptop shutdown itself and now it has a black page saying windows failed to start and to insert a windows installation disc but i dont have 1 can any1 help thanks x
What brand of laptop do you have? Unless it is a hardware issue, which is probable, i.e. a bad hard drive is what is sounds like, you can try using the restore partition to reset it back to factory conditions.
