Hi, gpu issue something white in the pcb

Hi, i make my rig about 4 month all working fine, except my 660 evga died and send to rma, this present something White in the pcb http://postimg.org/image/mjegi6ic1/, this is the card before rma, now the new start with the same, never problem in load with the card before, i'm want to know what cause it, humidity, psu? my spec,
3470, asrock b75 pro3m, 450 gx cooler master, 60 ssd, 4gb ram
this is the new http://postimg.org/image/k9nmmz01t/ desinstall for precaution. but it's seem worst but this work.

this white residue is left over from the manufacturing process, my 7970 has it also.

it has no effect to the operation of the cards and if it annoys you that much you can remove it with alcohol wipes.

sorry I don't understand you question

but cleaning it with alcohol wipes will remove those white "water" marks on the PCB
