It's an extremely outdated budget platform with no upgrade path; if you can give us information on your budget and needs, we can hopefully squeeze you into something considerably more modern. There are lots of potential budget builds on modern platforms that don't leave you stranded in 2013 when you want to upgrade.
You asked for improvement, but it's hard to give you any kind of feedback without knowing the budget you're working with here.
