my window crashed and i had to wipe it so i went from windows 8.1 pro to 10 home, but my pc has been crashing for a while but me being me i didnt see it as a problem, and not monitoring it much just at the highest i get like 30celuis

so in idle use I sit around 30 to 50'C (sorry i saw the 'C and assumed it ment Celcuis) on my CPU. And on my GPU i stay at 31'C in idle use.

I'm using amd onedrive. And what do you mean by load temperatures?
could it be the motherboard? its not a great motherboard but the rest of the rest of the parts are high grade could that be the problem?

Ok, so when you're saying 30-50'C, you're seeing that at idle in AMD OverDrive? That;s a huge variation in temps, normally they will level out at true idle (doing nothing at all, bar letting Windows 'run').

Just to ensure you understand how OD operates - it's not reporting the current temperature, it reports how many degrees you have left, before it becomes a problem (like a countdown, hit zero & you have a problem).

Are you leveling out at 50'C? That means you have 50'C 'to go' until 0 and throttling kicks in, although it can occur higher, as high as 10'C I believe...

Load temperatures, I mean either stress testing the CPU and seeing how your temperatures react - or even
(Some examples)
1. Open Chrome and open/use multiple tabs (say 10+) while running something like iTunes.
2. Play a game you would normally play, at settings you should expect from your components

Both situations would reflect somewhat 'real life' scenarios - opposed to stress testing that'll take it to the extreme level.

All the while, keep an eye on how AMD OD is reporting your thermal margin for your CPU.
If it's getting down below 10'C during those activities, youre likely experiencing throttling of your CPU due to temps and that's why you're seeing freezing/lock ups.

At that stage, we need to establish why. So, thermal paste and a clean application is usually a good/easy place to start.
An upgrade in your CPU cooling can also be considered.

I did as you said i had 9 tads open and was downloading a game on steam while playing dying light. I had all that open for 10 minutes and i closed down the tabs and it froze strait away. but i was the numbers was 25'C to 27'C.
