I'm playing black desert online and blade and soul with medium settings and only 20 fps. I want to play the games at high settings with a lot of fps to spare. What should I upgrade first? cpu or gpu? My budget is 300-400. Also I dont know how to overclock so no point of getting an overclock cpu .

My build:
amd fx 4300
Gtx 660
1tb WESTERN DIGITAL
Lepa cpu watercooler

For that budget I would say get something like an i5-4460, H81 motherboard and a R9 380. It will be a pretty good upgrade and just doing your CPU or GPU on its own.
