Hi guys im getting blue screen error saying "CRITICAL PROCESS DIED"..!!

this error which im getting comes after 3-4 hours of usage in which somehow my GPU goes under 100% load from 50% how i dont know i play CS GO in which i get 300 fps but after which i get 60 fps only ,this thing dosent happened 2-3 days ago just started recently also i checked sfc scannow DISM etc , nothing happened
also i tried WHOCRASHED in which it says some file named "nt_wrong_symbols.sys " needs to be updated i dont know what to do please help me
that file is not available online
i have windows 10
i7 8700 k
GTX 1080ti

Who crashed does what it says it does, it tells you what crashed but often not why. I used to suggest it but there are better ways to figure out the cause. It also sounds like it needs an update due to error you got.

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it
