Hi guys, I'm having a really annoying problem. Every few minutes some weird sort of newsy audio clip randomly plays from my pc. It has played an ad for Energy Australia and some really weird "the news buzzing from the bay has just been confirmed," or something like that. This has happened to me before on Windows 8.1 but has returned on Windows 10. Can someone please help?

do you have a anti-virus installed .
