I have been having download speed problems on my computer recently and I'm looking for some help.
I already have bad internet to start off but ever since a week ago my internet speed has tanked but only when downloading something. I am using ethernet. I get around 5-7 mb/s but all my downloads are running at 400-800 kbps. Please let me know what the problem is thank you.

Downloads are in bytes and speedtest is in bits -- so a 7 Mbit speedtest will give you around 800KBps ...
