hi having a problem uninstalling

uninstalled easy cd and dvd creator 6 from the pc, but now when i try to
run registry mechanic at start up it pops up that with the windows
installer screen and starts re-installing

After you uninstalled the program - and presuming your carefully followed
Roxio's instructions for doing so - did you re-boot your computer?

Sorry, can't help you with Registry Mechanic. I don't bother with toys like
that.
