Hi how do i upgrade my GPU dedicated VRAM?

i have 2 GB 940mx but i want to upgrade it to 4 GB 940mx to increase fps in my games. Is it possible to upgrade my laptop's GPU? Should i buy another ? Thank you

there is no way to upgrade your vram without getting a new graphics card, laptop or desktop, sorry bud

Are you even using 2gb vram? The gpu is rather weak itself to be using more. You'd need a new laptop/desktop for a new gpu.

so i can replace my laptop's graphics card? my laptop is acer aspire e5-475G Intel i5 6200 2.3 Ghz to 2.8 Ghz and Nvidia 940mx 2 VRAM?thank you for the answer i appreciated it.

sadly not on a laptop, its impossible to upgrade because the chip is mounted to the mobo permanently
