Specs:
CPU:Amd fx4300 @4500mhz and
GPU:Gtx 750 @1200 mhz
Board:msi760gma-p34(fx)
8gigs ddr3 ram 2gigs vido ram
1tb Western digital blue.
I have yet to have a temperature issue as i overbuilt my cooling system a bit.
My issues are with stability, if I push my CPU any faster it will restart during stress tests. I have gotten watchdog timeout errors as well.

Solution
At 4.7ghz @ddr3 2400 (which dramatically increases the thermal load on my system when overclocking) here is an example of my stats under load:

You should be way cooler at 4.5ghz as the tdp of your cpu is only 95w compared to my 125w.

Got any pics of your rig?

The only thing I have any experience of right now is the tweaks I've made on my own system with the sabertooth; so I don't have a sense of how well your mobo. stands up compared to mine. The sabertooth has huge heatsink on the vrm/mosfets & north bridge chipset.
