Hi i am new here, i was kinda weird about my mobo bios.

when i check my system fan in bios the speed is 1600 RPM which is good for me, but when i boot on my windows i get 2000+RPM and so noisy..?

It should go back down after a while.

In the bios the cpu isn't undergoing any stress so the fan doesn't need to spin fast, but while booting up it does. After boot up wait for a couple of minutes and hopefully you should see that the speed of the fan goes back down.
