The R7 3700X does not have onboard video. You need a discrete graphics card.

You can't. The CPU doesn't have any built-in graphics. You HAVE to have a graphics card.

You need a graphic card to have video output, so you wouldn't have image without one. That CPU doesn't have integrated graphics so you will need to either replace it with a different model that has one or get a discrete graphic card.
