hi i have 1 alienware x51 r2 pc without cpu and ram and have 1 m11x psu If plug it the charger the power button lights up but nothing else I hope someone can help or have any idea I do not want to spend much money on it may be that the small psu? or it may be something more serious problem?

A computer can't run without CPU and RAM.

Nothing else besides the power button should light up likely, until you can actually turn it on.
