Hi i have a Asus x540y-x0106 AMD a8 and i have lost my driver cd , i have down graded my laptop to windows 7 there is no way i can find drivers to connect my bluetooth speakers to my laptop or screen mirror

You shouldn't downgrade since Windows 7 will loose support soon, just keep that in mind.
Also since there are no Windows 7 drivers on the Website you can be sure that there won't be any or that they will be standard drivers with some flaws or that they flat out won't work.
Have you tried Device manager and trying to update everything Bluetooth related there? Would be the only thing that comes to mind, otherwise try to search for some unofficial drivers, although I'm not sure they even exist since all devices are somewhat "unique".
