A month ago I bought myself a prebuilt pc which has performed rather well, however after about 2 weeks in it started having a weird issue with performance, in which randomly I would get distorted audio and screen stutter (even while idle , no process trigger) .
Interestingly , while this happens I am also unable to restart or shut down my pc.

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
nVidia RTX 2060
1 TB HDD 7200rpm 3.5, SATAIII
250GB SSD XPG M.2
16GB DDR4 3200MHz T-Force Vulcan
MSI MPG X570
Help would be appreciated.
