Hi, I have a dell 964 multi function printer which was working fine untill recently. It now is asking for a driver to be installed even tho it has been working ok up till now. The only change recently was that I got my computer expert to check over my computer and he seems to have altered it somehow and isent very helpful now. I have tried to dwonload drivers but still no joy. Can anyone help?

Device manager -> Universal Serial Bus controllers (Depends on how it's connected) -> find the printer -> Right click -> Properties -> Driver tab -> Uninstall -> close the Device Manager -> Install the driver that is suitable to you operating system.
