Hi!,
I have a Portable HDD which does'nt show up on my screen until
pressed real hard and as soon as I leave it , it vanishes...
I really need your help there are very old Photos of me and my family.
Important memories,files and documents
Please help......!!

Hi there Mohammad_21,

You should really provide some more information.
What part of the drive are you pressing? The cable or the top of the case? What is its model? Can you access the drive when you are pressing it?(have you tried to transfer data?)

In case it is the cable, you will need to try a different USB cable. If this does not solve the issue, and if the drive is accessible while pressing it, I would suggest you start backing up at least the most important data. I know that this may not be the best solution but as your data is important, you can try that.
