Question Hi I have been having issue with my pes 2013, I.e during a cutscene like lifting a trophy, it starts loading an never stops

It always start loading during a cutscene like during my master league when I sign a player it starts loading and never stops sometimes it shows half of the cutscene then starts to load even during a cup final the trophy lifting cutscene is not playing please help me

From a PC game store they installed it on my PC with the activation key
