please someone guide me which m.2 ssd to buy that perfect for M.2 with PCIe Gen2 X2 and get maximum speed

Most drives these days are Gen3 x4, so your M.2 slot will restrict almost any drive (although you'd probably never notice in 'real world' usage).

Honestly, you'd be better off just going with a 2.5" SATAIII SSD...

Yes, I know. I said most drives are Gen3 x4. So with Gen2 x2, you have the equivalent bandwidth available as Gen3 x1, 1/4 of what newer M.2 drives can (theoretically) utilize.

Again, a cheaper 2.5" SATA SSD would be the best choice here. BUT, if you want to go M.2, M.2-SATA would be a good choice......
Nothing stopping you using a PCIe-based M.2 SSD, but seems a waste under the circumstances.
