Help with booting a new computer build for the first time. My computer makes a clicking noise but doesnt power up. I have a NZXT S340 case. Hyper Evo 212 CPU cooler. i5 6600k processor. Seagate 1 TB HDD. Evo 850 250gb SSD. Evga 650 gold rated PS. Msi z170a Krait Gaming MB and Msi r9 380 4gb GPU and 16 gb ddr4 2400 memory.
